Force Health Protection Clinic
Active duty physical and preventative exams/assessments are completed in our clinic. These include; Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs), Pre and Post Deployment Health Assessments, and all Army physicals for Schools, Retirements, and Separations.
Exams are scheduled in two phases:
Phase 1 consists of lab work, vision testing, hearing, and paperwork. This must be completed prior to Phase 2 which is an appointment with a provider. These services may be accomplished by walking-in to the FHP clinic or call 301-677-8700 / 8704 to schedule. (Note: to complete a physical exam you will need the requisite paperwork which can be obtained at Force Health).
Retirement, Separation, PHAs, Airborne, and other physical are done for uniformed personnel enrolled to KACC. We do however expand our services to ROTC cadets and Recruiters requiring special physicals for new recruits that cannot be accomplished at MEPS. Both of these special circumstances involve temporary enrollment in the facility first.
Immunizations and Medical Readiness⁄Deployment/Overseas screening times are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
There is a walk-in Smallpox Vaccination Clinic held Wednesdays, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. for all uniformed service personnel regardless of branch that may require the vaccine. For information on this service, including prerequisites, call 301-677-8700 / 8704 at least one week in advance of your planned visit.
