Prior to seeking care at an Urgent Care Facility do I have to have a referral?
A: Patient must contact their Primary Care Manager (PCM) during duty hours or the Physician on call prior to seeking care at an Urgent Care Facility.
Do I need to make an appointment to get my medications filled?
A: No, you can simply call the appointment line at 301-677-8800 and request to have a Telephone Consult entered for your provider. A Registered Nurse will call you back within 24 hours.
What are the hours that are available to report to the clinic for Depot, B12 and injections other than immunizations?
A: During the hours of 0730-1130 and 1300-1500 are the hours to report for injections prescribed by your physician that are not immunizations.
Is there a time frame in which I should expect a return call when I leave a message for my provider?
A: It is the goal of your Primary Care Team to contact you within 48 business hours of receiving your request?
