Do you have questions or concerns regarding your health benefits?  Our Benefits Counseling Assistance Coordinator (BCAC) can  answer those questions and address those concerns.  Our BCAC can  assist you with a wide variety of services.

  • Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes
  • Tricare Plus enrollment (while available)
  • Claims help, and many more! 

Keep getting bills from Tricare or Medicare that are confusing or you think are in error?  Come in and have our Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO) take a look at them and walk you through the process of straitening them out!
