Andrew Rader Health Clinic is happy to announce we are open to adult and pediatric enrollment. Priority will go to Tricare Prime eligible beneficiaries, though Tricare For Life will also be considered. Below is the information you need for enrollment:
Who: Military Healthcare Beneficiaries wanting to get their primary care at Rader Health Clinic
What: Bring your DEERS ID Card & inquire about signing up for RelayHealth as well [Note: using Relay Health is not a requirement for enrollment]
When: 0730-1600 Monday through Friday with exception of Thursday, which is 0730-1500 so we can conduct training.

Rader and McNair Health Clinics Adverse Weather Information
Our priority is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. At times it may be necessary to respond to adverse weather. Our adverse weather policy mirrors that of U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
The adverse weather advisory is available on the OPM website, http://www.opm.gov/ Please check this website prior to leaving for your appointment during inclement weather.
If the adverse weather line states Delayed Arrival:
- Please be advised that there may be a delay in seeing your provider due to staffing shortage, but you will be seen.
If the adverse weather line states Reduced Operations, Rader and McNair Health Clinics will be closed.
- Please call the appointment line to reschedule at 855-227-6331 on the next day that our clinics are open.
ATTENTION CLINIC HOURS CHANGE:
RADER CLINIC WILL BE CLOSED: MONDAY MAY 26TH 2014
EVERY THURSDAY OF THE WEEK RADER CLINIC WILL BE CLOSED AT 1500.
AFTER 1500 THERE WILL BE NO PATIENT OR PHARMACY SERVICES.
